Eczema

Never had any rash or any skin problems other than acne before. After getting pregnant I got all sorts of rash, and now I have what it seems to be eczema.
I've got it behind my knees, on my elbows, on my knees ankles and under my breasts.

Any tips? It is very ugly, very itchy and makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable!!!

Thanks

I use Oilatum in the bath and Aveeno moisturiser - don't know if you have it over there! It's really good, organic oitmeal based cream.
The other thing is, try to avoid things with Lanolin in it. Most people with exzema are actually allergic to this. So Cream E45, Sudocrem, thats all out. And if it's really bad, try voiding dairy products for a couple of weeks. This can set things off really badly!

Yeah try using Aveeno with Oatmeal...blue label. I use it and it helps. I don't have eczema but I do get severely dry skin sometimes in winter. If its really bad your dr can prescribe some perscription moisturizer for you.
