Back at gym n on diet!!

Hi ladies just to let you know I'm bk goin to gym 5 times a week + got my cross trainer at home n my diet is:

Breakfast : Weetabix or Branflakes + Wu Long tea (Chinese slimming tea)
Eat 5 pices fresh fruit thre out day

Dinner: Bowl of homemade soup

You see I was fit and exersising regularrly before ut I have crushed my tail bone twices with the showjumping and when I done it last time I was told I'm lucky not to be in wheel chair (wasn't ment to ride again after 1st) but I wasn't aloud to work out so put on bit of weight then I stopped smoking and put on more weight so now I have put on just bout 4 stone and am disgusted with myself I want to lose 3 quarters of that by christmas.
