i want to lose weight


but i cant eat healthy i hate salmon and all that stuff my bmi says am normal for my height but i still need to get rid of my "love handles"

i would carry on eating as normal then with just smaller portion sizes and try go to the gym once a week or just a brisk walk with the pram and ive lost a stone

sounds like its just a bit of toning hun! i find a good way of cutting down meals is to use a smaller plate, or keep to the same and if it has an inner ring just fill to that really helps!

Yeah, exercise will really help you in that department if you don't want to change your eating habits. Start out small with exercise you know you will do consistently, like walking every day or lifting light weights. It can be hard to keep up with at first, but you'll honestly see improvements pretty quickly and even if they're small, they are so motivating.
