Hiya,
Is it safe to diet whilst breastfeeding?
Im not exactly dieting, just cutting back, eating more healthy, no more junk food.

Cutting out bad food and replacing it with healthy food should be fine. Just make sure not to make too much of a difference in your diet while still breastfeeding. And don't follow an actual diet, you -will- need the extra calories (approx 500) each day for when you're breastfeeding.

Also, be aware that when changing your diet it's possible you'll notice changes in your little one as she may not respond well to all types of new food. Some foods do make the child more gassy or cause rashes if allergic. So if you're gonna change your diet, try to do it slowly so you'll notice if something is up with your little one, and you'll be able to trace it back and figure out what food was likely to cause it.
