Missed 2 periods...getting worried

I was supposed to start on June 8, but it never came. I thought maybe I just skipped a month, although it's NEVER happened before. So, I was supposed to start yesterday and nothing. I've had three episodes of what felt like light labor pains, severe lower back pain and sharp shooting pains in my " ". When it happened, I kept thinking, "Okay, this is going to be a bad one, but at least I'm starting. I haven't even spotted though. I'm 32 and had my tubes tied when I was 23. I've even taken several pregnancy tests..BFN. Otherwise, I feel fine. Can this be premature menopause? I think I'm going to get a home menopause testing kit before I spend a ton of money on blood work.

I would go to see your Dr. Or at least call the advice nurse. They might be able to help you with some answers. Most likely they will want to see you. Best get check out.
