lol, wot fruits r ok, i know grapes r full o sugars n bananas r bad, im gettin bored of apples! was thinkin o tryin a veg curry?

just go easy on the rice , eat brown rice if you like it

oranges are fine , grapes are ok but only small amounts , berries are fine

ALL veg is fine , have a vegtable stir fry with chicken

lol pittas are fine , as long as your are eating healthy and not to much and exercing. then claories dont matter as much as you think they do
