weightwatchers????


my mum has lost loads of weight with weightwatchers but am hesitent about trying it coz you are only allowed to eat their products....


any comments?

Sorry hun but when my friend went she was allowed to eat other things besides weightwatchers products
It worked for her she lost quite a bit

go on their website it is www.weightwatchers.co.uk you can eat anythng within there points system or similar to slimming world

My mum has lost LOADS of weight on the slimming world diet and eats normal food just have to follow there system ... im looking forward to doing it!

hehe i think i took the 'eat as much as you like' a bit too seriously!!!

im always hungry i dont know why. i can eat a 3 course meal and still snack on crap its unbelevable
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
