My Food and Exercise diary


This is just for my benefit really, so i can keep track of what i have been eating/doing.

Saturday

Breakfast : 2 slices of best of both toast.

Lunch : Bowl of fruit and fibre and 1 banana.

Dinner : Turkey, Red and White cabbage and sweetpotato stirfry, chopped grapes, bananas and orange with muller light yogert

Snacks : Red and Green grapes, 2 finger kitkat

Drinks : Water

Excercise : None

Sunday

Breakfast : 1 and a half slices of best of both toast.

Lunch : Bowl of fruit and fibre

Dinner : Jacket spud with chilli.

Snacks : Custard cream biccy 1 Apple, miller rice light

Drinks : Water

Excercise : 20 mins walking

Monday

Breakfast : 2 slices of best of both toast.

Lunch : Bowl of fruit and fibre

Dinner : Toad in the hole, Mash, Carrots and Sweede with Gravey.

Snacks : 1 waffer biscuit, 1 orange, 1 Apple, snack a jack, cracker with pate

Drinks : Water

Excercise : none!

Finding today really hard, want to raid the sweet cupboard!

Tuesday

Breakfast : 1 and a half of best of both toast.

Lunch : turky salad sandwich, 1 finger kitkat

Dinner : .

Snacks : All bran honey & oats bar

Drinks : Water, small glass of sugar free banana milkshake

Excercise :

Had to give in and have more bread for lunch, i needed carbs!

Your doing really well layla. How about getting some healthy snack bars in like co ahead chocolate cake bars. Then you can satisfy any sweet cravings you get without feeling bad. Its the hardest bit about dieting, when you want to snack and you have nothing but planned healthy meals in your cuboards. Always try to make sure to have healthy snack foods in and it will make it a lot easier.

Shopping day today, I will pick up some sweet go ahead stuff, its been so hard not to binge! 2 finger kitkats arnt to bad so i had one of those the other day.

Normaly its bread im bad on, i dont normaly eat much sweet stuff, but now i cant have it i really want it lol

Grapes are a great snacking food too. Iwill sit and pick at red grapes till they come out of my ears. Great for sweet cravings.
