After taking the capsule, how long does it usually take to clear up?

Ive had 2 doses now and it hasn't cleared. Dr said it should only take a couple of days after the capsule has been used if its worked, but I think it can take a few doses.

48 hours for me, but one bout took a little longer - 4 days! But sypmtoms eased off each day.
