Ouch! I get this as well hun.

I discovered a tube of stuff from Avon, believe it or not! They do one in their Planet Spa range, and you can buy gloves as well. So you coat your hands quite thickly with the cream, put the gloves on, and go to bed. Then you wake up in the morning with lovely soft supple hands.

Shea Butter uy a whole bag of it from here http://www.akamuti.co.uk/Shea%20Butter.htm slather it on pure and put old gloves on over night and you will have silky hands. Also I remember you suffer from eczema, and this is great for treating that too.

The gloves are good! You can get them in tesco and use them with any cream.
