Ok - so im addicted to cleaning my teeth, mouthwashing my mouth then brushing my tongue with mouthwash in my mouth.

But im also addicted to chewing gum and mints..

Im obsessed with my breath smelling nice but i think i have bad breath...i have bad gums so i dont know if this could cause it??

It makes me feel disgusting thinking i have bad breath

Anyone know of anything?? Or am i just mentally paranoid lol??

Bad teeth and/or bad gums and generally any mouth infection can cause bad breath...also certain illnesses....My sons breath was terrible when he had a tummy bug!
- Although I'm sure your just being paranoid!

Sure you're being paranoid, but make sure you don't overbrush as this can also cause problems.
