Crisps For Dieting!

well we all like our little munches so my Aunt told me she eats quavers because they are lower in fat so I went to the shop & compared them to other crisps & although she was right theres wasn't a big difference! One thing I do remember though is a tip I got about french fries crisps & indeed having a quick look that seems to be the best solution if you fancy a sin as far as crisps are concerned without turning to weight watched crisps *yak*

Quavers per pack - Fat 5.7g saturates 2.5g
French Fries perpack - Fat 3.7 saturates 1.8g

I brought some rivtas mini's yesterday and actually I was surprised to find they did not taste too bad.

101 cals and only 0.8g fat.

Savory things are my weakness so I'm glad to find something not to wful in taste and are not gonna fill me with guilt afterwards! lol
