We watched an old Stephen king movie and ate sunflowers (shelled ) little bag then I got my SO to grab a big bag but they tasted awful i probably ate about 2 handfuls .. it left such an awful taste in my mouth and smell in my nasal for hours plus it has MSG in it .

I also took some colon cleansing formula (detox) for the first time

at 4 am i woke up feeling fluish peuky and I coughed and diarrhea came shooting out and I pooped a hell of a lot |(4 times )and I peuked once but nothing came up
and omg sorry for too much info
but I'm sure we all had bad accidents like this lol

what do u think it would have been?
I cant see a detox pill making me feel like I have the flu.. its now 11:19 and feel shitty but my stool is back to normal now?
I'm too unwell to walk to a clinic
