I'm Currently Feeling: | Ok fat details
Lurpak:
per 100g: 80g of which saturates 37g which sugars 1.0g
Uterrly butterly
per 100g: 59.0g of which saturates 19.5g which sugars 0.5g
although this says per serving (7g) 37 calories 4.1g fat
Bad choice wasn't it? Says on lurpak
natural veg oil
contains no additives artifical colouring or preservative
contains no hydrogenated fats or oils
Oh damn!!! |

| I was about to say holy crap that aint good.
Dont be fooled that marg is any lower in fat than butter, it just uses negatable oil instead of animal fats. So its better for you as it has a lower percentage of saturated fats, but not any help in slimming.
You need to look for light and low options, whether butter or marg. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Think my whole plan over all is to cut it out as much as I can rather than go for lower fat butter! I'll stick with utterly I think Unless I find something better in tesco later! |

| TOP TIP: Always butter your toast cool. It doesn't melt in so much then and you'll use less  |
