I have digital scales -

13.11 I was the other day

Now 13.8

Surely thats not right

That was with PJs on - Got out of shower an its 13.7

Think I'll stick to weighing with PJs on until Monday!

I checked a few times when I weighed 13.11 because I was discusted with myself! I've done the same with 13.8 (PJs on) & without!

Maybe they are right

Try to avoid sparodic or daily weigh ins cause it wont be acurate, just stick to once a week wearing the same amount of clothes (ie dressed or undressed)

Also dont put your scales on floor boards or they will vary like mad. I stick mine in the bath or shower tray, it will give you a far more acurate reading.
