| I just grabbed the crackers dry when tea was taking ages!
Peppermint tea is generally good for digestion and green tea may aid weight loss due to boosting metabolism.
My seed mix is the Omega mix from H+B (Sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and fennel) but salad sprinkle is good too. Add it to the yoghurt and you don't know it's there.  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My order from Holland & Barratt arrived today - Bout time too grrrr
mixed nuts, sunflower seeds & walnuts! Did someone say the sunflower seens are nic ein yogurts?
Also OH got apple cider vinegar capsules as he knew someone who used these an apparantly they were god & I got fat metabolisers with a 14 day diet plan tha t I doubt I'll use
I have resisted the urge to weigh myself all week but I did today since I was drinking last night an at the moment it seems Im 13.5 so I have lost another 4lb although not to be fooled same last week & I thought I lost 3 but on weighing day it was 2 - I've been trying hard this week :P
i didn't have much to eat yesterday which is bad but I get like that sometimes Breakfast
