I guess one tin of condensed soup won't do us any harm because thats literally what I use it for

I'll have to look for the fresh soup or make my own which I know I can do :P chicken, carrot & noddle soup Mmmmm

We have loads of salad - We have always liek salads anyway - Fruit wise well it wasn't the nicest when we went yesterday so only walked out with grapefruit, melon (forgot to mention) & fresh juices

Food wise is more the times we get up I can start work any time from 9-11 you see so a brew does me wonders then OH works for himself & isn't usually up before noon at the very least

I'll probably go with my coffee & fresh juice in the morning maybe a slice of toast too!

afternoon I think I put that across wrong I meant have a soup & some fruit or sardwich & soup - Also I've still got 12 cans of slimfast shakes

Evening a meal meal but I do need to figure out snacks if pecky but tbh don't usually get pecky maybe before bed - Fruit or nuts & seeds sounds like a plan

Hun, just a tip about the slim fast shakes and soups
My freind was on them and the way it made her lose weight was to give her the runs TMI sorry
and as soon as she stopped with them the weight piles back on

I suppose if it is just 1 soup a day as well as healthy eating it should be fine but just wanted to give you a heads up on it

BTW not meaning to be cheeky or make you sound like an Alkie but what about your weekend drinks etc.....

You could und all your great work in a couple of glasses

LOL

Not rude - Tbh I like my drinks at home on the weekends, chill out, some time with OH but I can do without an a lot of the time I just have a couple & go to bed

Diet coke is rank but the way I see it is if I do drink thats what it will be - I guess I'll get use to it like you do anything else.

Slimfast diet - We went to go on it before which is why we have some & tbh not sure I'd stick to their diet but at the same time use them in my diet in the afternoons at least until the 14 cans have been used

Yer

Mainly because I'm not a fruity person - I do like fruit but not overly for some reason! Never been a breakfast person & rarely in the day - Found myself cooking bacon sarnies (OHs favourite) or having a bigger dinner.

Whats seed mix? Are they nice in yogurt? I bought natural yogurts (I hope) ... needed to look that up actually!

What you having on your cream crackers?

Peppermint tea - Is that good whist dieting? I drink far too much coffee
