Lump

Hi ladies, I was scratching my back today when i found a lump about an inch and half in diameter. It's on the right hand side, about three quarters of the way down, and a couple of inch from my spine. It's underneath the skin, not painful, but quite hard.
I was just wondering if any of you have had anything similar. I'm not expecting a diagnosis or anything, but i'm a bit worried. I'm going to go to the docs on monday, but i'd rather come on here than be googling.

Of course its probably nothing but best to get it checked. I had lumps in my breast that needed checked a little while ago and was petrified before visiting the dr but just cysts.
