NB Also you need to look at your actaul diet, you currently eat a HUGE amount of saturated fats which need to be kept to a bare minimum, your body needs a lot more protine at this will help aid your miscles and therefore add you body in converting fat to lean tissue, plus you have a lack of vitamins and minerals due to lack of fruit and veg. if you simply eat the same sort of food you do but in smaller quantities you will be seriously malnurished. Plus even eating a small amount of what you currently eat will still prob mean your eating your full RDA of fat and calories due to the fattening nature of them. You could actaully eat more food than your currently eating a day but still lose weight, just because it would be healthier food.

i usually eat LOADS

cerial and toast
3 chocolate bars
2 crisps
10 biscuits
sandwhich
3cans of pop
chippy chips

all in 1 day!!!

so if i cut right down to hardly any thing i hope it will fall off

way to much

sugar
carbs
saturated fat

a diet isnt about how much you eat its about what you eat and what time of the day you eat it and how much water you drink.

there is loads of ways you can approach it but you will have to change your diet big time and probably your lifestyle to match. if you want to lose wieght its better to be healthy with it aswell.

you need to balance out your calorie intake with excercise and watch your fat, carb, sugar , salt intake. might take a while to get it how you want it , but it will be worth it. coz if you dont diet properly you will just put the weight back on again.

sorry if cat said some of that , was to much for me to read

i no i just eat crap all the time

i have ate like that for yrs i moved out at 16 and had no idea how to cook lol

im planning on just eating fruit and veg every 2 hours through the day and loads of water. after a month should be a huge difference.
then once i have lost some weight i should have lost the graving for junk food and my stomach should have shrunk.

i walk loads any way
i walk about 2 hours a day with the kids in the buggy and i going to drink loads of water

Have a read of this before you start. Paying attention to point number one for when you start your walking!
http://www.standapartfitness.com/upl...ainbodyfat.pdf

Also be sure when you do weigh ins that you weight yourslef at the same time of day, as your weight can fluctuate throughout the day. Best is to weigh yourself first think in the morning when your running on 'empty'
