Quick low fat meal ideas??


What do you usually eat for the evening meal when your on a diet?

Yesterday we had a whole onion chopped, a whole pepper chopped, mushrooms chopped andking prawns in a weightwatchers massala sauce, with boiled rice.

Tonight we are having spicy cous cous, grilled chicken breat and grilled pepper and mushrooms.

Im running out of ideas tho.
And when i have the same thing all the time thats when i get bored and start cheating.
Any ideas?

fresh fish with lemon and black pepper done in the pan with potato rosti with onions and some veg or salad! x

What would you normally eat?

Just cook low fat versions! By thinking you have to eat 'special' food you're making it WAY too hard on yourself!

you can't even taste the cottage cheese I am not a fan of the stuff myself but all I taste is the ricotta and the sauce

what about salad with a low fat prawn sauce with prawns?

Jacket with beans (so easy and low fat)

low fat sausages (or quorn) with onions mash gravy and veg?

i did slimming world and starting to do it again heres some recipes i did....
