10lb weightloss in a week?! down to af?

hi girls! well, last tues i was 18.5st an weighed today an i'm 17.9. when i weighed myself last week i was all fat and bloated because af was here. how much of the weight do you think was because vof af? i doubt i've lost 10lb in one week lol i wanna know how much i've roughly lost. any ideas?

I've heard that during AF you can gain up to 5lbs worth of bloating and water weight. I'd say you lost more than 5 pounds at least last week, so well done to you!! Plus starting out, losing 10 lbs in a week is possible! You'll never really know, but you should feel good!
