gym in the evening? when to exercise?


i was thinking of going to the gym in the evenings a few times a week when the kids are in bed but ive been reading online that its better to exercise in the morning, but that'd be pretty much impossible for me. will it be a waste of time going to the gym?

it doesn't really matter when you exercise as long as you do!!

I fit my exercise around my LO

I havent heard anything about that...but I go to the gym in the evenings too, and its normally quite busy so it cant be worthless x x x

I agree.. I go to the gym at night when I get out of work most of the time and I've always lost weight. Jillian and Bob from The Biggest Loser said it's more important that you do go, than worrying about what time! I'm an addict, but to the point - it's not worthless!

Exercising some is better than exercising none, so go for it! Just take the time to stretch out before you go to bed so you don't get too sore. =)

Not, not at all. Exercising in the gym at night is fine! I always go in the evening
