Tiredness

I know i'm not pregnant and this kinda tiredness probably doesnt even register on the exhaustion scale......but just recently i have been absolutely nackered and cant seem to shake it any one got any ideas.

i'm not doing anything particularly strenuos, only thing i can possibly think of is i've been off work for around 7 weeks due a broken leg from a motorbike accident. I've now started doing a bit of work at home
