Did around 50 minutes with my DVD this morning! (so over my 30 minute goal!) Would have carried on longer too but Eloise needed her potty emptying!

I can offer some exercise advice if anyone has any specific questions, or needs help. My brain is very full of coursework for my exams next week though, so I might not respond straight away! I'm doing an advanced personal training and nutrition diploma

I just did 15 minutes of my exercise dvd....OH MY GOD I am absolutely SWEATING. My heart is like BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM....JEEEEESUS. I'm having a 5 minute sit down because I thought I was gonna collapse! I'm gonna do more though. Christ I haven't sweated like this in YEARS!

And the bits where you do squats and hold them...JESUS! My legs were TREMBLING

RAFWife - I have a question! How long does it realistically take before you start feeling and seeing results? And how much exercise do I REALLY need to do per day to lose the amount of weight I'm wanting to lose? (3 stone at least). I'm doing the Nell Mcandrew Ultimate Challenge Ultimate Results dvd and it's hardcore cardio workouts...JESUS I'm actually drenched in sweat right now. Sorry to sound so OTT but I'm not used to this!!

Sounds like you ladies are doing really well so far! I haven't exercised yet, but it's only 10:40 AM here so I have plenty of time.

I'm going to have to buy a sports bra A lot of the exercise I did today was spent holding onto my boobs!
