just a word of warning about the side effects!!!
If you cheat on the diet and eat fat... you will get very bad bowel side effects, worst case scenario is faecal incontinence so make sure you can stick to a VERY low fat diet

my sister is on the prescribed ones xenical but they are exactly the same and i was on them for a short time however i really would advise against them my sister has to wear sanitry towells at the back constantly because she leaks oily feseus and i iknow she doesnt cheat she only eats cereal for breakfast then salad for lunch then grilled chicken or fish with potatoes and veg for tea they are lethal lol

Every so often we get a thread in here asking about alli. I hear good and bad things but it always seems that once the original poster tries alli they don't like it, what with all the anal leaking. I also hear it can upset your stomach. It does however work I hear. All that stuff leaking out is supposed to be undigested fat. It depends on how bad you want to lose it and in what way I suppose.
