stopped smoking!

having been a social smoker since i had callum.. i have finally decided to cut out my 10 fags a week!

i have been smoke free since saturday night...

god i need a fag!!!!

main reason for doing it? well callum takes gr8 pleasure in snapping my £4.98 benson silvers the day after ive bought them!!!! frankly bit of a waste of money!!!!

*breathes* not had a drink yet!!! dreading that part!!

Well done Ive just gone past 6 months. Its really hard but you can do it

Fortunately I havent been able to drink, but if I had I wouldnt have done half as well as this lol. Im terrible when I have a drink.

well done! quitting smoking is a nightmare a times but the longer you dont have one the easier it gets! try to steer clear of people smoking for a bit...being round people who smoke got me cranky! You will fee so much better soon and you will be so proud of yourself!!

I aint moanin about smoking and sayin oh noooo I cant quit,
I do really want to,
But granted its hard,
Im trying my best,
Ive cut down and Ive went onto lights,
But Im still findin it abit difficult to pack it in all together..
