I came off the bcp years ago and since coming off, my pms has gone a bit weird.
When I was on the pill, pms consisted of sore boobs, slight cramps and upset tummy.
Now I am getting sweats at night, sore boobs, horrible dizziness and nausea. I can put up with the sweats and the sore boobs but hate the dizziness and nausea.
I am veggie, I take a multi vitamin with iron.
Can anyone recommend anything to help that wont mess up ttc?
