sorry I didnt get on to post yesterday on what I had!

WW grilled cheese! Ran out of the cheese today so none for me until I go shopping!
banana, yougart, ice, milk blended into a smoothie
ww smart ones
2 peices of ww bread
popcorn

Good job! You are doing so well! are you starting to find it easier? It looks like you are doing a lot better (not that you were doing poorly before)

ya it is starting to get alot easier!!!.. it just takes some getting used to.. I love to snack.. all day long.. which wouldnt be so bad but I love huge meals too lol!

nutrigrain bar 3 points
WW bread with banana.. and a TINEY bit of peanut butter im going to say 6 points to be on the safe side!
granola bar 2 points
home maid chilli 5 points
bread bowl home maid 3 points
little bit of cheese on top 2 points

21 points

And I might have a ww ice cream for snack so I will top it up to 23 just incase

it was soooo good! and really easy too! then I just put the chili on top and added the cheese YUMMY!!.. and Im not to sure why I spelled made maid.. maybe because secretly I would love someone to come and clean my house

I didnt make it on last night because OH came home from being away for an entire week at work!!!

I had ww grilled cheese
banana
soup.. SO GOOD!!!!
turkey sandwhiches

You're doing really well, well done! The only thing I can see that is very lacking from your diet is fruit. (edit: just noticed you've started adding some in!)Try a homemade fruit smoothie with honey and low fat yogurt if you don't like eating too much fruit.
