It was checked before I had Emma and it came back normal. But god knows what it is playing at now.

I seem to be a freak of nature! I had my works medical and when I was overweight before I was still deemed healthier (blood pressure, the blow test thing etc etc) than a lot of the people who had perfect BMI's.

I am going to just try cutting down portion sizes again.

Yeah, I know what you mean. My whole family is thin and my mom is a nurse and she used to take me to get my blood work done and have everything checked to see if I was "dying of obesity." I was always perfectly healthy. Even when I was pregnant they checked me for high blood pressure and hypertension and gestational diabetis and everything was fine. I have lower BP than my thin brother.

Well good luck to you! The thing about thyroid is that there really isn't a good "normal range" My doctor told me normal for one person can be too low for the other and too high for another. Even if your tests come back normal you still might need thyroid. Or it could be something else, thyroid is all I know of because that's what I have experience with.
