Weight loss buddy?

I need a weight loss buddy! I'm tired of being fat. Anyone else in the same boat?

There's probably loads of us in the same boat. I joined weight watchers as I needed some motivation and i lost half a stone in 2.5 weeks.

I'm trying to lose weight, though admittedly I find it easier to do it by dress sizes than lbs etc.....maybe I'm just weird?

I've been thinking of starting WW but haven't done it yet....I've basically cut out alot of the carbs from my diet and alot of the meat, - I'm not exactly running around at the moment PMSL

I bought a book from asda the other day, called "Drop a Dress Size in 2 weeks flat" by Joanna Hall so I'm gonna read that and give that a go - there's recipies and stuff in it so it looks quite straight forward cause you're told what to eat.

My biggest problems are that I never feel full cause of a medical condition that I have and I comfort eat - it's the only thing in my life that has stayed the same - the taste of food.
