Advice needed-the pill and antibiotics

Hello, I've just been told i've got tonsilitis and have been given a 10 day course of antibiotics (penicilin). Only problem is i'm on the pill, i'm on day 3 of my 7 day break. So where does this leave me with the pill?

Do i wait untill i've finished the antibiotics then start my new packet, wait 7 days then i'm protected? Or do i start my new packet as normal, and wait till 7 days have passed after finishing the antibiotics?

I'm confused.

I'd take your pill as normal, but you'll need condoms for the 10days of anti-biotics and the 7 days after that xx

i agree with Katy - you need extra precautions whilst on the antibiotics and for 7 days afterwards.
Take the pill as you normally would.
