Good luck Hun!

I started the CD last week, but really just used last week for trial and error, to see what I liked and to gradually ease myself off the carbs etc. I lost 1kg and I didn't even stick to it at all. Today is my very first day. I'm on the sole source and in my meeting yesterday I stocked up on porridges ( i like the cinnamon& apple one), soups and shakes. I find them alot more filling than the milkshakes in the cartons.

I just wanted to add that I find it motivating to set weekly targets with your counsellor. I'm quite a competitive (in the sporty sense) person so find it a challenge to meet/exceed!
