Has anyone tried it, and more importantly had success?
I have those baggy upper eye lids, that drive me insane!! I can't seem to get rid of them, someone told me to try this stuff, but I'm a bit sceptikal being Avon and all. I mean you'd think you'd need some high priced cosmetic surgery type stuff to get rid of those bags....
So I don't know, just looking for some opinions?
