sinus pressure

I HATE sinus pressure!

it is so bad today so had to take sudafed, does anyone else suffer from sinus pressure? I tend to get bad sinus pain/sinusitis at least 3 - 4 times a year

My dad suffers from it really bad, he puts his head over a bowl of red hot water and breathes in the steam

I get it aswell, and usually take Sudafed to ease it up a bit, it's so horrible x

I have brutal sinuses. Sudafed is okay, but not the greatest solution if you get chronic sinus pressure. Pseudo-ephedrine is the active ingredient and it's one that your body winds up needing more and more of to get the same effect.
I use a neti pot - it's an Ayurvedic technique to relieve presssure in the sinuses by pouring warm saltwater through your nasal passge. I used it when I was pregnant and had a sinus infection and it was fabulous. Really did the trick and no drugs required. It takes a little getting used to, but well worth it, in my opinion.
You don't need a neti pot, either. You could use a shallow dish.
