Is everyone doing alot of exercise too? I hate exercising, i dont mind walking but the weather is really shit dont want to take callum out in the cold unless i really have too!
Ive just done my pump it up workout dvd and i am absolutley knackered!!
i am doing alot of walking, at least 20 mins a day.
My mate is in canda at the mo, he gets back on the 10th, im dreading that coz he is a fitness freak, he is dragging me out jogging and playing sqaush when he gets home.
I'm really struggling today the first couple of days were great. I really felt like I was doing well.
But today I am craving anything and everything. And my mum just brought me some chocs that I really like.
I haven't touched them...yet
I want to lose weight but I want to eat loads of goodies too
I have been ok today, had quite a big dinner tho. Did an hour of exercise this morning so should be ok.

Wednesday
Breakfast - 2 slices of toast(wholegrain)
Lunch - 2 slices of toast (was gonna have salad but couldnt be bothered to make it!!)
Dinner - Roast beef, boiled potatos, pea, broccoli and carrots.
