Have just weighed myself, after a week of actually trying really hard on this 'diet' (cutting out crap and not eating everything in sight!), and I now weigh 158lbs (11 stone 4lbs) - a grand loss of..... (drum roll) ....3LBS!!!
Hubby, on the other hand (who eats like a horse every day and measures a little over 6ft) has just weighed in at 8.5 stone... gosh how FAT does that make me feel?!
