This is the second time now. I got out the shower, not a bath this time, and it wasn't hot ATALL and my ankles still swelled up after. I had rashes up to my knees and I couldn't walk. I think I should go to a doctor. I'm assuming no one else has had this but I thought I'd ask anyway?

O.K. I think it's just Varicose Veins. Not nice, but better than DVT

swelling and a rash? Varicose Veins usualy look blue/purple. Is that the color of the rash? If the swelling is painful, you should goto a doctor ASAP pain and swelling are a main sign of a DVT
