Omg!


So, I just got out of the bath and BAM my ankles swelled to the size of oranges and I couldn't walk. I seriously thought I had deep vein thrumbosis. They don't seem to hurt when I'm laying down though? I know this probably isn't pregnancy related but WTF?

Acually it might be pregnancy related all that weight your carrying can cause a lot of things to swell i hope its prenancy related and nothing serious!!

I doubt it's pregnancy related I don't have that much of a bump yet lol! Probably just the fact I have my bath so hot

Remeber not to have it to hot it can affect the baby also stay away from hot tubs ect.....

Just rest with your feet up above you're heart. Should help with the swelling And right no hot baths or showers!! I think the average temperature is 97 degrees? Is that right I can't remember!!

i think 97 degrees is really hot lol, im sure water boils at 100?
