Anyone suffer from sciatica??

When i was last pregnant i started getting pains from my hip / buttock down side of my thigh, into my knee, down side of calf, into ankle and toes on left side, it really does hurt so went to docs who said it was pregnancy related sciatica... it comes and goes but its starting up again and i also have pain in my left shoulder like i have trapped a nerve in it aswell, im soooo uncomfy... does anyone get this and if so what can i do to relieve it?? i feel like an old woman.. not sure what set it off but its the shoulder thing that baffles me unless sciatica pain can travel up there too??

Hi i had this with my first baby and there was nothing they could do about it!!! They said baby was led on a nerve and unless he moved I would have it until I gave birth....which I did!! So i totally sympathise with you hun.....x
