Toning and Strength Training

I don't know if there is actually going to be anyone else who'll be interested in this, but I thought it could be a mini journal for me.(and I *will* keep up with it!)

I'll be going to the gym 5/6 days a week. 3 of those days will be resistance/strength training. The other 2/3 will be cardio (running, swimming, rowing, cycling, etc)

I'm starting tonight, and I will keep going for a month then have a look at my results to see if there is any real difference.

Last night went swimming, about 50 lengths which is 1,250 metres.

Gym tonight again.

I've hurt a muscle in my leg, so think I will stick to cycling, then a swim.

I ordered supplements too, which haven't arrived. Quite annoyed, as I paid extra for them to be here today!

Took my first supplement today:

http://monstersupplements.com/store/...-120-Caps.html

All I can say is: wow, mental

I couldn't go to the gym, so took one at 1pm and I am still buzzing. My house is insanely clean, and even the dog got a bath I think OH thought I was insane. SO much energy. I can see these being very, very useful!

I got some cookies and cream flavoured protein powder too which smells YUM so am looking forward to using that after my workout tomorrow. (which will be a cardio/resistance split)
