Hiya everyone can i join in please xx

Im 5ft4 and weigh 9 st i need to lose 8lbs but i dont want to lose the weight off of my boobs just my belly and legs as they look really big
PP the websit looks really good but am scared to join as iv had a eating prob before so dont really want to start counting calories
i do eat helthy food and drink lots of fresh juice but the weight will not shift

my diet will defo not be starting will after thurs. im on nightshift till then no way could i just knaw on lettuce all night!

I broke my calorie rule today, Calorie count said 1419calories for me but ive used 1512 today

Well I wasn't really planning on starting my diet and whatnot until after Independence Day over here but being that I have a cold right now and can't taste anything anyway seems like today is a good day for me to start since I can't eat Maybe after the cold is gone the habit will just stay

Does the caloriecount website have all the the brand foods etc and supermarket foods?

I was on there earlier and searched for Taco Bell for a burrito I ate and they had it so I'd assume pretty much anything you search they should have or at least have something close to it

I think it has some UK based brands but majority are US im finding ... but you can add your own and then tag it so it comes up in the search
