Toning up with EA Sports Active Journal + Eating Diary

Well I just bought EA Sports Active online. While I dont really need to loose much more weight (maybe 10lbs tops) I DO need to seriously tone up. My body doesn't look like it did before I had Amelie which I can deal with, but having done close to zero exercise for a year my muscle mass leaves much to be desired so I'm hoping to tone up lots! I think a home workout is a great idea, especially for us mummies (double esp. for breastfeeders who cant leave LO for more than a few hours!) as we don't always have the time to get down to the gym and instead we can work out whilst our LO naps

Theres a 30day challenge on it which I'm going to start off with as soon as it is delivered. I'm excited! I'm going to monitor how it goes atleast every few days but hopefully daily. + my goal is to drop a dress size in a month and hopefully lose a few lbs. Most days I should be able to do 2 workouts, one in the morning whilst LO naps, and one at night when she goes to bed.

Oh and I'm going to try my bestest to eat well and up my water intake

Wish me luck

...................................................................

Week 1 : -1.5lbs
Week 2 : -4lbs
Week 3 : -1.5lbs
Week 4 : -1.5lbs
Week 5 : -2lbs
Total : -10.5lbs

Oh its a 'game' on the wii! A bit like wii fit but more strenuous and focused on cardio and strength.

No you don't need it but you can use it with it to keep track of your weight. I don't have one so I'll just do without

Ive read several reviews and all have said that it works up a sweat and the wii fit is a bit rubbish! I'll let you know how good it is when its delivered.
