i just bought active last week its great, i have lost any weight yet but think thats because my eating habbits i do one sometimes 2 after the LO is asleep. It shows u how much calories you burn too.

yday eating was..

a bowl of just right cereal
a ham and cheese wrap
rice krispie squares bar
meatballs and chips
a rocky road finger

not so good a day. weigh in monday eeek! Going to the shops later and am only buying healthy stuff! if it aint in the house, i cant eat it. Going to walk to the post office depot in a min with amelie to pick up my game

Well just done my 1st workout and I was really impressed. i chose the moderate workout and omfg my legs felt the burn after all the running and squats! Owee. Gonna try and do another workout later. Burned 120cals


Not going to the shops today afterall but I'm gonna take the oppurtunity to look up a weeks worth of healthy recipes and get the ingredients tomorrow

Edit - 16.10 another 160 cals GONE.

Total for today - 280cals burned.. thats prob my bagel burned off


Food diary for today..

Just right cereal with semi skimmed milk
Raisin cinnamon bagel
elevenses bar

and for dinner im gonna have roast chicken with a small baked potato, and roast veg (courgette, red onion, butternut squash, red pepper)


Gonna start proper calorie counting on Monday and keep it under 1400 a day.

Well Ive just done a workout so 150cals burned.
Weigh in tomorrow :'( And its fathers day so I think we're having a takeaway! Oh no! If we do I'll try and get the healthiest thing on the menu and nothing deep fat fried LOL. Chippy - chicken kebab, chinese - god knows!, indian - kebab, pizza - BANNING IT. Might do a sneaky preweigh-in when i get dressed

I bought the EA Sports Active for the Wii a couple weeks ago. I really like it. It's a much better workout than Wii Fit (which I also have).

Well im in agony today! My legs are aching and i find it hard to walk up the stairs tomorrow is my rest day thank god.

Well did okayish today..

Cinnamon and raisin bagle for breakfast
Tuna sweetcorn mayo baguette for lunch
few random boiled sweets
chicken kebab and salad for dinner and 1 onion ring and about 10 chips





No workout tomorrow, my legs are in agony :'(
