Starrys weight loss Journal


I feel I need this to help me lose the rest of my weight , So far I have lost 22 lbs in almost 4 weeks after giving birth but I still have 20 lbs to go ,I need to do this for myself , I hate how I look , my tummy is so saggy , last summer I had a kick a$$ body and walked around in a swim suit all day , now if I dont get my butt in gear I will be wearing hoodies and sweats all day . I really want to start doing some sit ups but since having a c-section Im afraid its too soon . Anyway here is the start of my journal , after today I will eat no more junk food , and try my best to cut down the diet soda and salt intake , I will also start drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day . hmm .. lets see how well I can do .

Best of luck...I've also lost 22 lbs. but have about 50 more to go lol! It's definitely too early to do sit-ups. Will be keeping an eye on your journal hon.
