I had my 2 tops one taken out, I didnt get put under i had injection to numb pain that was not bad , the after pain is bad. I was meant to get bottom ones out but they said I could have 50% chance of losing feeling in half my tongue and lip so I said NO WAY.
But since tops ones have been out I have had no problems with bottom ones.

Because top ones use to hit bottom ones and cause me pain

I've had one coming thru for over a year now and a new one just starting to come thru. I haven't had any problems. Bit achy at times, but no more than you'd expect from a new tooth.

I'd say, make sure you dont miss it when you're brushing, and take a look at it now and then, cause you'd be able to tell if it something was wrong.

If the pain does get unbarable at any point tho, go see a dentist
