well i cant even think wat day i on atm. and yup ive ate shit since tues this wk dam vendin machines but i not guna b 2hard on myself its not like ive really had any otther options. guna havee a strict weekend if im home 2day and just prey ive nor put on....i feel sooo fat2day xx

right time to kick my butt in gear now....i no im going to have a crapweigh in this week o im not going tobeat myself up and just going to try from today and all next week
had 1 snack a jack atm ....think ima try and not have loads of points for the nex three days mite account for al the crap ive had this week lol

DAY 20

well i was good today well i think i was i had like 15 points left and i had a portion of chips with a 1/4 pot of curry sauce sum onion chutney and a few slices of wafer thin chicken roll i just hope that didnt come to any more then 15 points as it was takeaway so i dont no....ive really tryed today man.....i no im probably going to have put on tuesday cus this week has been shit but i really want to loose and for people to notice and all u guys can fit into old clothes maaaaan i want too!!!!

feeling abit better today had a good confo wit carly and she made me feel optimitic again....thanks hun!!!....im going to try my best next week...got meself a fitness dvd so guna giv that a whirl too....i hav a 3corse meal on fri grrr but not thinkin bout it yet

not guna eat loads today n pray the scales love me 2mo.....n going to town so be walking for few hrs ya nvr no may help lool xxxxxxxx
