all the sexy legs 11 lol.
not been to bad this week other then my chineasys but hey u have to have chineasys lol.
oh and a maccy d lol
n nib bits here n there but im still secretly hoping for 2lbs if im lucky. n im soooo hungry lol typical of mondays lol.

i was 16stone 2.5 and am now 13stone 11.5 ..am so proud of myself xxx

and i remember kerry seeing ur week 16 and thinking omg i so wish i was at week 16 and now i am!!!!!

lol ty .....

i have naughty stuff at chinease lol....and ive had 2 of em......i had chicken balls chips egg fried rice n cury sauce but tbh ive had loads of fruit n veg salad this week mayb that helped but i tend to do 1 week crap 1 week good 1 week crap etc xx

ok so ive been abit side tracked this past few days but not guna jack it in cus ive cheated and i had a kfc last night lol... naughty naughty...but jus going to try and aim to stay the same that wil do me fine this week.

guna top up on me fruit veg n sald for rest of week too i really think that helps.
this weather isnt helping much as i dont feel like cooking
but! back on it now ...typically af is due tues lol....or sumit else. but either way i can stil try xxx
