Friday 20th March

well today hasnt gone very well...
I had my cereal for breakfast- 150
bacon roll- 375
chocolate biscuit- 98
2 mini twister lollys- 91

and I was so so starving... I then went out to eat where I had
3 pieces of southern fried chicken and fries! Admitingly I didnt eat all the fries, didnt touch the garlic bread with cheese my sister ordered, but I did enjoy the mayo (which as its one of the restaurants in the chain I work for, I once worked out the calories for their mayo it was nearly 900 a tub , but its bloody gorgeous)

I then had a slice of OHs birthday chocolate cake which is 250 kcal!
I just feel so negative today... I walk past mirrors whilst shopping in town and hate what i see...! I want a quick fix.. although I know its not possible
Im going for a girly weekend in 3 weeks, and spain in 4 weeks!! I want to lose as much weight as possible... at least 7lbs in the next 3 weeks!! I just feel so hungry this week... af is due next week so think that has something to do with it!!

But I could eat now... and Im dredding working tomorrow in the restaurant cos there is opportunity to pick at things... I need some help guys!!

Yeah good thing about working in the restaurant I can drink diet coke till it comes out my ears lol, although I find water fills you up me!! Im gonna take my own hot chocolate to work, cos they only serve drinking chocolate which is so high in calories!! I need to NOT touch the marshmellows, nor pick at fries!! I have a feeling this weekend is going to be HARD!!!!

But Sw allows you to eat so much and I have very little time to make a a big difference
