yeh your right lol.... and it didnt even feel that good!!
Wish I hadnt have had it tbh but hey!! This is what happens when I dont plan my meals... well Im counting it as 650 and thats being generous.... so today Ive had 1600 kcal... more than I want to have but oh well.... will I ever do this?!?

Thanks, it is still good but not wat i wanted to achieve especially as it is only weds, technically the start of my week! But i was really hungry and now im in bed with stomach cramps. . Due on so think my hunger is justified lol! I really want to do this now, no mucking about, i want my body back

Thursday 19th March

Well its 5.40pm, Ive had 1250 kcal and Im still hungry... I really am struggling on counting calories and thinking tomorrow maybe to go back to slimming world for a bit... I am HUNGRY!!!!!!! If i was on SW I could have a whole bloody jacket potato if I like!! Its making me miserable.. but I really need this weight off!! I do think it maybe the time of the month but I dont think Im going to last till bed time without nothing to eat

hun u can still have something 1250 is not loads a good aim is 1500 ...i no wat u feel about the always hungry tho last night i was starrving but dint have no points left xx

your doing really good hun so dont give up hope yer ok...try having a cup of tea or sumit like that hun xxxx

yeh Im gonna have a hot choc in abit.... and gonna go to a mates house!! Wasnt going to cos Im tired but it will distract me... and then I can smoke x
