How are you mamafy?? How many calories are you sticking too?? Got any good low calorie dinners, snacks etc?? My mind has been brainwashed with slimming world lol!!
I think because I dont have much time on my hands I need to do something abit more hardcore than SW... for instance...
pre dieting days I would have tinned toms on toast but on SW its beans on toast.... although both good beans hold more calories than tomatos!!
And I would also not go anywhere near cheese but with SW you can have it... Im staying clear!!
I also had alot of cup a soups which hold minimal calories but on SW your better off having a jacket potato lol!! Also I would before stay clear of too many bananas and there calorie content is about 100... where as on SW you can have no end!!
I'm ok hun i started the treadmill over 2 weeks ago, 1st week lost 6lbs this week coming it looks like I'll have put on 1lb but i'm not worried as I have been really really good I'm trying to stick to about 1200, I eat 2 slices of nimble when I get up with a slice of ham no spread (110cals) I have porridge and a small banana (just 1 ) in the morning (280cals) I have a tin of healthy type soup (140cals) some crispbreads/ryvita in the afternoon with tomato, no spread (120 cals) then I allow myself about 400-500cals for dinner, brown rice/wholewheat pasta/jacket, veg, chicken breast; tuna steak, veg & salad; wholewheat pittas with chicken & salad After I do my 3 mile in the evening I eat a few plum tomatoes, an apple and a handful of blueberrries

For a treat I'll have a quorn burger on a wholewheat bap with some either sin free chips or tescos healthy living ones( i measure everything to calorie count it)

I used to love mayonnaise and it was my downfall but have swapped to the extra light one and i think it actually tastes better and has hardly no cals or fat

I find I do better if I have no treats so thats what I'm doing for now

Sorry for the book hun How are you doing with it all today?

saturday 14th march
Thats really good hun... I really need to sort out my breakfast lunch and dinner,
cos today I have only had 1125 kcal but I havent had a meal its been crap.... had a subway 6inch and get this 4 BAGS OF CRISPS Its really bad!! Especially as I went without crisps for weeks and weeks and now I can have them Im like... woooo!!
But it needs to be more balanced and full of veg and stuff
I worked this evening and walked into town and back so Ive done some excercise.... the restaurant was super busy too so I was rushing about
Looking forward to getting weighed on tuesday... I best have lost at least 2lbs... seriously.. I gained 1 and a half last week so any less will not do!!
I feel really proud of myself when I have a good weekend cos they are the hardest... evening though my diet today was super poor I still was well withing my kcal allowance!! I went online and put my weight height etc in and it said to lose 2lb a week I should eat 1554kcal.. so its all gravy!!
Tomorrow will be a tester to... but I think it will be ok cos Im working 8-12... then will go to the gym (hopefully at some point) then OH is going out tomorrow eve so normally when we are bored etc we get a takeaway, but it will be just me and my lil miss.... so grapes and desperate housewives me thinks

hey hun...i no wat u mean about the eating crap and needing it to be more balanced ...but i have a theory lol....im not completly cutting out all my crap yet as long as its within my points ima have it becuase...wen my body starts getting used to the diet its going to be good to be able to have things that i can cut back on...ie less crap and more veg which then is introducing something new to the diet and wil make u loose again....were as if i cut abolutly everything out to start with im not going to be able to have anything to change when i need to...if that makes sence lol it does in my hed haha
good luk today sweets xxx

Sunday 15th March

Today has been ok... although I have had just under 2000 kcal, this is purely due to a large ready made salad I brough and ate.. so it was healthy !! This evening me and my sis snacked on breadsticks and dip and the shop only had the full fat stuff but hey I thought, its a sunday normally I would be much much worse!
This week is just a tester I need more will power, smaller calories, and a better diet... eg breakfast lunch and dinner!!
I also really slacked with the water this weekend... started really well last week with my bottle at my desk!

Funny thing is Ive had more comments on my weight loss this week than I have had in a long time... its bizaare especially as I put on last week! I worked 4 hours this morning again and my tops of legs are quite achy dunno why cos Im quite used to working in the restaurant!! I cant wait to get my legs back!!

oooh also a couple of weeks back i saw some trousers in new look size 16 £20... tried them on and couldnt do the button up and was gonna get them cos I liked the fit style etc and wait till I could get in them but I thought again.... anyways brought them yesterday get this.... was £8 in the sale and they do up!!! still a little snug and probably not a good idea to wear them cos button might be strained.... but still

Rather than waiting till weds to start being more hardcore.. (day after my weigh day) What better day than starting on a monday!! Set myself 1300 kcal... remember internet site told me 1550 to lose 2lb a week!! But having 1300 in the week, leaves me a few to play with at the weekend...!!

Also OHs birthday on weds and going for an indian tues eve after weigh... normally would INDULGE... but I figured all those tuesday night indulges will add up and slow down my weight loss... and I really dont need them!! So going to count my kcal tues eve too...!!

Im very positive
